Asif Khan provides Amazon seller account management services including PPC management, listing optimization, inventory management, account health monitoring, GST/tax compliance, and reporting.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, maintain their Amazon Seller Central account, and ensure operations comply with Amazon's policies and applicable laws.

3. Authorization

By engaging services, you authorize access to your Amazon Seller Central account through Amazon's official service provider mechanisms. You may revoke authorization at any time.

4. Fees

Fees are as listed on this website or as agreed in a service agreement. Payment terms are net 15 days unless otherwise agreed.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

I cannot guarantee specific sales outcomes or rankings. Liability is limited to fees paid for the month in which the issue occurred.

7. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without consent, except as required by law.

8. Compliance

All services comply with Amazon's AUP, DPP, and Solution Provider Agreement.
